Payment Terms and Policy

When you upgrade your account, you are accepting our Payment Terms and Policy in addition to TOS, Privacy Policy, which should be accepted by everyone using the service.

Currently we offer Stripe.com for Payments processing, you must be aware of their Terms and Policies.

We offer refund for our eligible customers only. Customers who utilise the premium features and subsequently want to downgrade to the free plan will not be eligible for a refund. And we process any refunds to customers who contacts us within 1-2 days after the payment.

In case of Reunds, you will not get the entire refund amount due to the transaction charge and payment exchange rate difference. We must cover such operational expenses as well our time.

If we discover that you have violated our TOS or when you use this site maliciously, we have the right to terminate your subscription or usage of our service. And you might not get reimbursed for that.
