You agree to comply with all policies governing StaticSave.com, including its subdomains and edge delivery infrastructure, prior to accessing our services.
2. Eligibility & Platform Accuracy
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the services provided by StaticSave. If you do not meet this requirement, you must discontinue using the platform.
All platform information and documentation may not always reflect real-time updates. Even if timestamps indicate recent edits, we cannot guarantee freshness under all circumstances. We accept no liability for damages resulting from information gathered from the public domain and displayed on our network.
3. External Links & User Accounts
Our services may reference or link to external websites. Users assume full responsibility for actions taken upon navigating away from StaticSave.
When registering for an account or newsletter, we store account information including your name, email address, profile photo, and IP address for sending security notices, updates, and platform communications.
4. Content Moderation & License Grant
Any content submitted or stored on the platform may be removed or disabled by network administrators at any time without prior notice if found to be in violation of applicable laws or our acceptable use policies.
By uploading or submitting any content through our temporary hosting services, you grant StaticSave the right to host, store, and process that content. This includes using the content to operate, analyze, maintain, and improve our services, optimize our systems, conduct research, and collaborate with external partners to support, enhance, and develop technologies and services.
5. Prohibited Activities & Security
Hosting any code intended for malicious activity, malware distribution, phishing, credential harvesting, or exposing sensitive personal or financial information will result in an immediate and permanent account and IP ban.
